Even as preparations were underway for our annual awards banquet tonight, duty called this afternoon.
At 12:19 PM, Rescue Engine 5, Engine 51, Paramedic Ambulance 205, Chief 5A, and Chief 5B responded to southbound Route 4 in the area of Briscoes Turn Road for an auto accident with a possible rollover.
Units arrived to find a three-vehicle accident with no entrapment. Chief 5A established command while EMS crews evaluated a total of three patients, transporting two to a local facility for further treatment.
