Fire Throughout Lake Ridge House

At 0502 hours, Engine 51 (3rd due), the Fire Chief & Assistant Chief were alerted to 1212 Lake Ridge Drive in Sunderland for the House Fire. The Dunkirk VFD Assistant Chief arrived first to find a two story split level with fire showing and established the Huntingtown Command. Fire was found throughout the basement, second floor & through the roof. Engine 51 and the Fire Chief arrived on location and assumed the 2nd due responsibilities. The Fire Chief was assigned as the Division 2 supervisor. Engine 51 stretched into the basement, extinguishing all fire before assisting units on the second floor. The Dunkirk Volunteers operated on the scene for 3 hours before returning to service.
