| At 1417 hours, companies were alerted for the Building Fire at the Stone House Inn, 9019 Chesapeake Avenue bringing Dunkirk VFD Engine 51 (2nd due Engine), Squad 5 (2nd due Special Service), the Fire Chief & Assistant Chief to the call. Chief 1 arrived on location and reported fire showing from the second floor. Engine 51's crew worked in the B1 exposure opening up the walls & ceiling while the crew from Squad 5 searched the units. The Dunkirk Volunteers operated on the scene for 1 hour before returning to service. Assistant Chief 5 was the Division 2 supervisor. |
