Co5 runs First Due House Fire

Around 1857, Calvert Control Center alerted stations for the 5-06 box for a reported house fire. E51, E52, SQ5, TN5, A59, C5 & C5B all went enroute within minutes of dispatch. C5 arrived on location to find a 2 Story SFD nothing evident and established the command. E51 arrived with C5A and positioned the wagon side Alpha after laying out 3" supply line from the street corner for the 2nd due engine company to pick up. C5A took Investigations Group while E51's crew advanced a 200' 1.75" crosslay to the front door. SQ5 arrived and assisted with securing utilities and assisted with ventilation. Source was found to be an oven fire from cooking. Co5 units completed tasks at hand and cleaned up and cleared the scene at 1920.
