Around 1248, Calvert Control Center alerted stations for the 1-06 box for the possible house fire. E51, SQ5, C5, C5A, & C5B all went enroute and responded to the call within minutes of dispatch. E51 being dispatched as 2nd due engine company and SQ5 being dispatched as 2nd due special service. C5B arrived on scene to a 2 story SFD with nothing evident and established the Cox Rd command and began giving incoming units their assignments. C5A arrived on scene and was given Investigation Group while E51 staged at the secondary water supply and SQ5 took 1st due special service to assist with investigating an odor in the basement and ventilation. After investigating, the source was found to be a malfunctioning in-house vacuum system. Command scaled the incident back to hold Company 1 units on scene. Co5 units cleared the scene and returned to service at 1328.
