At 1145 hours, Dunkirk VFD Squad 5, Ambulance 59, Chief 5 & Chief 5B were dispatched for the serious motor vehicle accident at Route 4 & Chaneyville Road.

The Dunkirk VFD arrived on location and found 6 vehicles involved with one person trapped in a minivan. The crew from Squad 5 & Squad 6 completed a sidewall removal to extricate the driver. One patient was flown to a local trauma center. Two additional patients were ground transported.
