April 14 at 1852 hours, Dunkirk VFD Squad 5 & the Deputy Chief were dispatched for the accident with entrapment at 5366 Muddy Creek Road (Anne Arundel 01-08 Box). First arriving units found a head-on accident with entrapment and one vehicle overturned.

Squad 5 arrived, assisted with stabilizing the vehicle and rolling the dash to free the driver. Squad 5 operated for approximately 45 minutes.
