Company 5 Responds for Serious Auto Accident on Rt. 260

At 1144 hrs, the Dunkirk Volunteers were alerted to for a serious MVA with 1 heavily trapped and another ejected at Rt 260 and Sansbury RD. Dunkirk arrived on location first and rapidly triaged 2 priority 1, 1 priority 2 and 2 priority 3 patients before being assigned the extrication group. The squad worked for 40 minutes on an intense extrication while the ambulance crew attended to the patient.

It should be noted the temperature outside was upwards of 90 degrees.
