At 1938 hours, Squad 5 (crew of six) & the Deputy Chief responded to Route 4 & Route 258 for the motor vehicle accident.

Squad 5 arrived and found a two-vehicle accident with one person trapped. The crew deployed both Spreaders and the O-cutters to complete a sidewall removal, extricating the driver.

Engine 820 stood by with a charged protection line and one patient was transported to a local hospital. Deputy Chief 5 held the Command. The Squad picked up and responded to a first due box assignment.
