After 11 months of travel, research, and many meetings - the Dunkirk Volunteer Fire Department has entered into an agreement with Four Guys LLC for the purchase of a new Tanker 5.

March 18, 2017 Dunkirk was faced with a challenge no department ever wants to experience. The department rallied together with the support of local business, other departments, and the county government to get through this incident and the end result will be a state-of-the-art 3,000 Gallon water tanker.

The highest priority for our department has been the full return of both members effected by this incident and we are proud to say they have returned and are doing well.
