At 1329 hours, the Rescue assignment was dispatched to Route 4 & Town Center Blvd for a reported crash with entrapment.

Squad 5, Engine 52, and Ambulance 58 arrived to find a three car, t-bone style accident with one occupant trapped and three patients.

All vehicles were stabilized and Squad 5 went to work utilizing the Amkus tools to free the trapped occupant. The driver was freed in 7 minutes upon arrival. MSP Aviation was requested for a priority 1 patient. A58 stabilized the patient and transferred care to Trooper 7 for fly-out.
